The Evolution of Spam..

spam - used to be a delicacy for breakfast; usually associated with sandwiches.
spam yesteryday - annoying emails; usually safe and harmless.. but still an annoyance.
spam today - takes a more offensive side. why?

read up an article that spammers are now embedding playable music in spam. the moment you open the mail, you also play the music. although this sounds harmless, it opens the door for possibilities such as pornographic or offensive voice-recordings within emails which would suddenly play and target us as objects of ridicule.

what happens if you open such mail while your boss is nearby? or your parents? or your lover?
